The Training and Racing days start at 4pm in the Training Room upstairs at Alex Surf Club and finish at about 5.30. The ocean and beach views are brilliant.
The days are free for members of the Sunshine Coast Indoor Rowing Club and cost $5 for non members with the first visit being free. There is usually a coach available for advice. After some training, races are conducted over various distances and the times are sent to Concept2 for ratification.
Annual Membership fees for the Sunshine Coast Indoor Rowing Club are $25 for adults, $20 for Uni students and concession card holders, $15 for school students and $50 for a family. Members also get discounted entry fees for the Sunshine Coast Indoor Rowing Championships.
